Staff access level at branch has been changed by itself.

Make sure staff access level is correct at Master Head Office. And then do following:

1. Open datamanager at Master Head Office

2. Click Utility -> Build and Send Universal Database

3. at Select Tables -> click De-select All -> tick only Security & Staff

4. at Select Store -> click De-select All -> tick only the store has problem

5. click OK.
