What will happen with my existing support requests?
Existing support requests will still be handled in the old system.
What will happen with my old support requests?
The old system will still be in place if we require to pull out historical information, however, it will no longer be available for use for new support requests once all of our customers have migrated to the new system.
If you’ve happened to raise a support request on the old system by mistake, simply raise it again in the new support system and let us know.
